We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return any item for any reason whatsoever during the first 30 days of ownership. Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item (for defective items) or providing a refund. Refunds are provided as a store credit or refund back to your original pay source, less 20% processing and restocking fee.
You must return the item in the original unopened condition you received it. Buyer is responsible for the complete cost of return shipping.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the “shipped from” address, request an RMA and follow the instructions provided. Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received.
Please email us and explain in detail what is wrong with the product. In your email, please send us the product name and number as well as the invoice number for your order. Most cases you will not need to return the defective item if you have complied with the reporting and return policies.
If it is a physical defect in the product please send pictures.
